Iskele

The town is located near Famagusta on the coast of Long Beach, one of the best beaches in Northern Cyprus. Fine golden sand and a gentle entrance to the sea attract a number of beach lovers here. There are many beaches and historical sites in the vicinity of the town.

Iskele is a typical tourist area, with many activities and entertainments. Lots of students from all over the world come here to study at the famous Eastern Mediterranean University.

The region has been actively developing. There is all the necessary infrastructure both for recreation and for permanent residence and education of children.

Real estate in Iskele is very popular and has a profitable rental potential. The choice of various options here is very wide: from apartments and luxury villas on the first coastline to budget studios.

Bogaz

Bogaz is located on the east coast of Cyprus, 25 kilometers from Famagusta. It seems that time has frozen here, and people continue to live in a calm and level life, as they used to do decades ago.

The village is known for its sandy beaches and excellent fish restaurants serving freshly caught fish. Several beaches in the Bogaz area have been fixed on by sea turtles, who lay their eggs here in summer.

In Bogaz you can buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen in the harbour. In the vicinity of the village, you can walk along the green woody hills, climb to the top of the cliff, where the Kantara castle has been towering since the 10th century. In the Middle Ages, it was used as an observation post for the surroundings in case of an attack by enemies.
Today it is a popular tourist spot with a magnificent view. At the end of the day, you can enjoy nice dinner in one of the fish restaurants.

Bafra

The village is located north of Famagusta. Here you can appreciate the benefits of a quiet life surrounded by nature and beaches. At the same time, at a short distance from the village there are many historical sites and modern attractions. Just move off a few kilometers, and your tour has started.

An investment project has been actively developing in Bafra, including the construction of 15 luxury hotels on the coast. Many restaurants, shops, swimming pools, casinos and sports complexes for tourists are also being built.

Bafra has the status of a tourist center, so the construction of real estate for residents is limited here. Though, there are exceptions: you can buy an apartment or a villa in one of several exclusive residential complexes that have been allowed to be built here.
