7. Possibility to build a swimming pool on the territory of the house, if it is not originally included in the project.

8. Sometimes some houses are offered with an installed fireplace or the possibility of installing one is included in the price package.

9. Availability of extra communications (water and electricity) on the roof terrace of your future penthouse. Normally they are provided, but it's better to make sure before buying.

10. Does the developer provide a guaranteed rental service for your property after commissioning. Important for those who plan to rent it out.
