- Driving while heavily intoxicated (100–150 mg) — 52,202.00 ₺
- Using a vehicle without the owner's consent — 52,202.00 ₺
- Dangerous parking — 5,220.20 ₺
- Leaving a car on the roadside at night without reflectors — 7,830.30 ₺
- Unauthorized technical modifications to a vehicle — 20,880.80 ₺
- Failing to yield to emergency vehicles — 7,830.30 ₺
- Driving an unregistered vehicle — 7,830.30 ₺
- Using a vehicle for demonstration or unauthorized purposes — 2,610.10 ₺

- Renting a vehicle without permission incurs a fine of 25% of the minimum wage and 20 points.
Cases of serious violations, such as driving under the influence or dangerous driving, will be referred to court without a fixed fine. In the case of repeat offenses, stricter penalties may be imposed, including imprisonment and revocation of driving rights.
