Marina came to our Free Property Inspection Trip to Northern Cyprus in June and purchased an apartment. Today she’d like to share her impressions.

Hello, I would like to tell you about my trip to Northern Cyprus for property purchase by the sea.
We are from Germany and being dubious and punctual as all Germans (smiley) we really doubted that such an offer could be real!

At home in Germany, we were in contact with Angelica, company’s real estate specialist, online.
Angelica sent us links to properties that were still available for sale at that time and, of course, suitable for us in terms of price and square meters. She was competent and answered all our questions very quickly.

We decided to fly to Larnaca, as there are direct flights from Germany there. Passed passport control with no problems. We were met in the airport with a nameplate. Everything was super!

The only negative point in that journey was the way from Larnaca to Iskele. The journey was too long, as we stood at the border for more than an hour (because of Saturday?). In general, it took us two hours to arrive to the place of destination, which is long when you are travelling with small children. We really wanted to go back and not buy anything. But…

Upon arrival at the place, we got settled in a large and pretty apartment in Caesar complex close to the sea, about 400 meters away.
We got acquainted with Alexandra and agreed to meet the next day. Alexandra showed us the area and all the beauty of Northern Cyprus around Iskele since we decided to buy property there).

A day after, we were already involved in the property viewing process. We were visiting the showrooms of the apartments we were interested in and choosing.
After we decided on an apartment, meeting and counselling with a lawyer and a notary were arranged for us. It was important for us to conclude the contract in German language, and this option was provided.

Having concluded the contract and having received answers to all our questions, we went home.
We were taken to the airport. This time we did not stand at the border, the whole journey took about 50 minutes.

We were truly pleased and grateful for such a wonderful tour.
