Residential complex ID 192 is located 1 kilometer from the coastline on the northern coast in the Tatlisu area. It is represented by a low-rise residential blocks, that are divided in three types:

- 3 blocks of Type A, each one with 4 apartments: three studio apartments on the ground floor and one 2+1 penthouse on the first floor with a spacious terrace;

- 4 blocks of Type B, each one with 6 apartments: four 1+1 loft apartments on the first floor, and two 2+1 penthouses on the first floor with roof terraces;

- 8 blocks of type C, each one with 3 apartments: one 2+1 apartment on the first floor, and two 1+1 loft penthouses with roof terraces.

Blocks B and C are built around a communal swimming pool, apartments on the first floor have direct access to the recreation areas. The landscaped territory of the complex includes: bar, restaurant, fitness center, SPA, parking, and access roads.
