There is no official Apple store such as re:Store in Northern Cyprus. However, this does not mean that it is impossible to buy gadgets of this brand in the country. 

Smartphones and other Apple equipment can be purchased at Turkcell, Vodafone and Sharaf stores. Though, an iPhone will cost you 20-30% more here than, for example, in an official store. Anyway, the gadget will be with all the documents on customs clearance, and it will be possible to use it immediately without the registration procedure and additional payments. 

If you plan to live in Northern Cyprus for a long time, then this option is even more advantageous than buying Apple in other countries and then getting customs clearance for it and registering it. 
Be aware that smartphones imported from abroad stop working in local networks 90 days after the date of entry and their registration is compulsory.

For example, for customs clearance of the iPhone 14 Pro, you will have to pay approximately 346 euros in customs duty plus 5 euros of fees.
